This site is operated by ATTY Publishing Limited ("we", "us", "our"), company number 17366721, registered at 38 Limbrick Avenue, Stockton-on-Tees, TS19 7NW. This policy explains what personal data we collect through erasurebook.com and how we use it.
We do not process or store your payment card details ourselves. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, and you can read Stripe's own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. Release-update signups are handled by Formspree, our form processing provider, and you can read Formspree's own privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
We use your email address to let you know when the book is released (if you've signed up for updates) or to communicate with you about an order you've placed. We use your delivery address to pass your order to our print and fulfilment partner, so your book can be printed and posted to you.
We don't use your data for anything beyond fulfilling your order or the update you asked for, and we don't sell or pass on your data to third parties beyond what's needed to do that (our print partner, and Stripe for payment processing).
We keep order information for as long as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and email addresses from the notify-me list until the book is released or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.
