Delivery

All Through the Years is printed to order by our print partner and dispatched directly to you — there's no warehouse stock, so each copy is freshly printed once you order it.

Postage costs and estimated delivery times depend on your destination and will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation by email.

Cancelling your order

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your book, for any reason, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, email hello@erasurebook.com within that period, quoting your order details.

• You then have 14 days to return the book to us, at your own cost, to: ATTY Publishing Limited, 38 Limbrick Avenue, Stockton-on-Tees, TS19 7NW.
• We'll refund the price you paid, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned book, or of receiving evidence that you've sent it back, whichever is earlier.
• Please make sure the book is returned in the condition you received it, where reasonably possible — we may make a reasonable deduction if its value has been reduced by handling beyond what you'd normally do to examine it in a shop.

Faulty or damaged books

If your copy arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact hello@erasurebook.com within 7 days of delivery with a description of the problem and, if possible, photos. We'll arrange a replacement copy or a full refund, whichever you'd prefer — and you won't need to cover the cost of returning a faulty item.
